Either I did not state the post very well or you did not get the point. My point is how do you decide how much money to spend verus the expected gain. We can spend our entire federal budget on food safety and still not eliminate it completely. Again, should we be focused on this or more real threats such as meeting cars head on at high speed. I trust what I eat from stores much more that I trust those that aproach me on the highway. By the way the car is only an example not necessarily the highest threat.
