Maybe corruption would creep in again, but I would love to see a Third Party make a serious move on power. Maybe shake up the status quo.
I have said so repeatedly, and nobody here really responds.
Serious Third Party threats in recent history were George Wallace and Ross Perot. One was shot and the other was crucified by the "Press" (sarah Palin???). Both were rising in election polls when they were magically removed from the process.
I suspect that today a successful Third Party Candidate must have the following credentials:
1. Majority ownership of all major media news
2. At least $10 Billion to throw away
3. A Really, Really Good Security Staff.
Sure would be fun to watch though.
