Reminds me of some of the Bill Dickinson stories I have heard. One was that at 4 o'clock on a Friday afternoon he called the Executive Officer at Gunter and said "I am having a press conference in an hour to announce your new million dollar building. Be prepared to brief the press on how you are going to use it". As you might guess, that was the first the poor Exec (or his boss) had heard about it.

If one looks at Maxwell and Gunter now compared to when I went through SOS in 1974, it is easy to see that SOMEONE pumped a lot of money into the facilities. Murtha is not alone.

OMG, that was 35 years ago!!! Obviously I am up past my bedtime!!
