Hi all, please see the link below.

July was extremely strong, not only beating July 08, but also beating every month since July 2006.

I am not saying we are definitely at the bottom and headed back. I am saying there is a strong possibility of that and we need to consider it. Each month like this increases my level of confidence on that fact. The road will be long, but it will be good to know that at least we are headed up hill.
