I am very much aware that there are two sides to every story, however, only one can be correct. And in the case of Hadenuff V MP, the stories cannot be reconciled.

Either Hadenuff or the cops (to the best of my knowledge I have met neither party)are out of touch with reality to the point of being dangerous themselves or others occupying the waterways. Most likely these delusions warrant commitment to the State Metal Hospital.

I suggest that the officer investigating this matter, upon determining the delusional party, commence commitment proceedings against such party.
