Gone Fishin did not answer the question, so I will. Under the guidelines on which the government bases their data, unemployed is any person who is receiving unemployment benefits. Those that are in the line of application process are not counted. There is a 4 week waiting process. This means that those that are in line waiting are NOT counted in the data the government provides. Also those that have run out of services, but still cannot find employment are not counted as well. This means that the data the government is giving us is not realistic just like all the other crap they are trying to feed us!
You cannot take money from those that have and give it to those that dont have and expect those that do have to continue working to give to those that do not have. It is the end of capitalism. This is the beginning of this process. Small businesses are the BACKBONE of this country. They are taxed to death. They are getting tired of the taxation and government regulation. They give up and close the doors. They are the largest employer of most Americans. you can call them "Corporations" but look around and see the doors shutting and the empty shops. The only way to stop this is to limit government and bring the power back to the people. We the people for the people, by the people. Less government and more representation for the people. Think about this when you vote. How have they voted, and do you like they way they voted and does it represent the voice of the people? Is it in the best interest of the people?
My children are saying NO! If you think yes, then go take a basic economics course! You CANNOT spend what you do not have! It will catch up with you. Now our children will pay the price for our governments lack of responsibility and open checkbook!
