as wrong as we may see it their actions and the hurt it causes the families ... I think the supreme court must look at it from a constitutional standpoint and not allow their personal feelings and views be part of their decisions. Unfortunately, it is freedom of speech.
I am simply not going to agree. We have numerous restrictions on "free speech". Protesting a funeral while a family and friends are going thru emotional turmoil should be barred. There is no compelling, over ridding reason such protest could not be done at other venues/other times.
