Brine it first, use a fruitwood like cherry or peach.

Definately Brine it. Indirect at 350 till the internal temp hit 160, which takes about 2 hours.

For a litte kick...throw some dizzy pig swamp venom on there.

Thanks both for your brining advice. I have even started brining my boneless, skinless chicken breasts to put on the BGE. Brining is the BEST and having the length of time to cook helps because my husband doesn't like to experiment too much. Thanks again

Brined my turkey breast cooked until 163 and it was DELICIOUS, probably the most moist I have ever had. Thanks for the advice

i have my 1st BGE--cant seem to get temp above 350--suggestions ? i have both dampers open, no leaks-cant determine the problem
