What a bunch of horse's axx idiots!!  Can any of you lovers of these T Party nuts, who are holding this nation and their own party hostage, tell me exactly what your heros in the House have accomplished by their actions tonight other than making the Democrats look credible???  They are now going to vote a one week extension with the Speaker's promise to bring up a clean bill next week which will pass with Democratic votes.  Once again "Boner" is humiliated and the T party is exposed for what they really are.  Oh, and didn't Mr Scalise do a fantastic job?!!

You're damn right my knickers are in a knot and I would hope your's are too! I'm sure Nancy Pelosi (who I detest) slept a lot better last night than John Boehner (who has my sympathy).  You can alway count on the T party Republicans to give the rest of their party a black eye and to knee cap Boehner a well as giving a black eye and bloody nose.  America is watching and we're not liking what we see!

Pray tell, I am not concerned about the Republicans or the Democrats, I am concerned about the nation...not just because of this latest fiasco, though it adds a lot of fuel to the fire, but because of the complete collapse of reason and amity, and a willingness to compromise by both sides in congress and state legislatures.  This nation is threatened not by the gridlock but by what the eventual results the gridlock portends.

Believe me Lifer, l do not include you in the version of Americans who are fed up with the BS we are getting today.  But be assured, even though you no doubt endorse the BS as do most of the folks on this forum, the majority of "Americans" do not.  I know it is hard for you to grasp, but the opinions of the white male voter in central Alabama is not reflective of the opinion of the nation as a whole! Take off the blinders, because unless you manage to take the vote away from Blacks, women, 18 to 30 year olds, Jews, Hispanics and believe it or not, those with incomes in excess of $250.000 you and your supporters are primed to eventually be very disappointed.  Of course you might be in support of "tightening" up on the voting requirements...maybe white male property owners only!

Your condescending remarks on the white male voters in Alabama grows tiresome.  Has it ever occurred to you that we may be right and you may be wrong?  You want compromise, then you compromise.  You have concern for the nation...so do I.  We have the most devastating and inept administration led by the most unqualified indivividual in modern history, transforming this country into a shambled mess, and you think the tea party and central Alabama are the problems.  You are the one wearing the blinders.  Taking a page from the progressive's playbook, your comments come across as racist and bigoted.

You know, it doesn't really matter whether the white male voter of Alabama is right or wrong, (yes, l think they are wrong on more issues than not) but it does matters that most people in this country believe they are wrong.

Speaking of fools, how can any proud American support a bunch of Tea Party fools in Congress who voted over 70 times to defeat Obamacare and lost each time in the Senate? The same party leading the House can't even pass a budget for the Coast Guard. The nation watches as the Right shows they can't lead. Can't wait for the Right to destroy each other in the debates and give Billary all the talking points she will need.

Well au, i realize you put the emphasis on "FOOLS" but the actual operative word in your whine is "MAJORITY".  Remember that in 2016...it is my whole point in this conversation.
