Not sure where everyone else ended up, but thanks to everyone that was able to meet up and survive another Aquapalooza. Maverick, I think Heather is still waiting on the LML. An enjoyable afternoon and I know pictures will be posted of the ones that were able to be there.

Awesome day. We had fun rafting up with you and several others on the forum. Being a little closer than last year added a significant boost to the experience that rivaled 2009.....already looking forward to next year!

We were there about 75 yards behind you and darn music was still too loud. Got there about 3:00 and left about 5:30 to get ahead of the rain. Made it home about 5 minutes before the bottom fell out.

We stayed all the way through; never more that a light sprinkle and that didn't last long. It was almost funny watching the panic, but not so fun rescuing the folks that were victims of it. One group had their boat cut loose and set adrift (which we didn't know at the time).  Five people from that boat swam up to our flotilla and a few thought their boat driver may have abandoned them. After about 45 minutes and some help from the Marine Police, boat and crew were reunited.  Another guy was left behind by his group and Amanda took him back to his car on the waverunner. Others swam to shore; I hope nobody was hurt.

Many who ran from the rain as it started actually ran straight into the heavy stuff, glad y'all stayed ahead of it....I'm really liking the weather radar feature on my new Droid because I was able to see the storm passing to the east of the concert area.

Met alot of new people yesterday, at least Larry and John told me I did.  We never bailed at the end.  Saw all the eastbounders depart right into the storm. We stayed put and got wet....dah.....we were still in the water!
Anyway, it was great meeting and tieing up with all of you.

It was a pleasure meeting you on Sunday, DY.  Thanks, McGill, for having us over.  You have a gorgeous place and it is obvious that you truly love it...loved that BGE too...would love to see you, Talisi, CAT, and the other FGF (fancy grill folks) get in a genuine cook-off...will volunteer to be a judge.

We had a great time and enjoyed putting  faces with a screen names from the forum. Thanks for those who reserved the spots to tie up. I can't wait til next year. The sound system was a tremendous upgrade from last year - almost up to par with the Alan Jackson sound system.
