Why is it taking so long to start getting this water up?? It was suppose to start coming up on the 1st but it has went back down below winter pool again. I hope we are not going to get the shaft this year.

Went across the dam yesterday and most of the rocks were above water.Looks like they waited too long.Guess we will have to wait for rain and lots of it.
