How much meat do you smoke in a year? I've never kept up with it but I plan to for this coming year. Just a curiosity, not trying to set up a competition or anything. :-)

Mainly during Spring, Summer and Fall. Maybe 4 hams per year, 2 briskets and ribs twice a month. Not nearly as much as you. Not nearly as many to be fed either, sounds like.
