Our Clueless of the United States (COTUS) has once again magically discovered something his administration has been doing apparently by watching the news or reading the Drudge Report.  In this case he gave a most amazing speech about NSA spying and his so-called solutions.  You know, an ordinary person with a shred of dignity would not want to admit the entire country that they simply do not have a clue as to what their administration is doing.  Apparently COTUS is oblivious to the fact that it is actually pathetic that he seems to know absolutely nothing what the government he runs is doing.  Here is the picture from his speech.
