Good afternoon,

I am interested in starting a seasonal business that would utilize the water to provide service. Who do I need to contact about permits and/or licenses? Would it be St. Clair County, Al Power or another municipality?

The only reason you would need to contact APCO is if you are building a structure. Otherwise contact the county you reside in or will be conducting business in on the water
