A Yamaha jetski was found floating this a.m. in the bay between Hickory Hill Road and Dead Timbers Road.  It's black and white. I tied it to my dock.

If you are in Texas you can go to the Texas Parks and Wildlife and get the owners name using the TX numbers, the owners certificate may be somewhere on the jet ski.
