Trump should get another 5 months added to his term as President.  Activist marxist judges in just 4 or 5 of 94 district courts have wasted months of this administration with their dubious and now unconstitutional nationwide injunctions.  Trump has seen more of these from activist judges in 4 1/2 years than all Presidents have in the last 100 years.

So now it is full steam ahead on ending birthright citizenship, deporting illegals, firing govt employees and many of the other tasks we elected Trump to complete.  As Amy Coney Barrett stated in the majority opinion, some with concerns about an imperial presidency want to replace it with an imperial judiciary.  That is the Democrat playbook since their ideas are too unpopular for elected officials to implement so they try to use the courts, most of which are not elected and are not accountable to the voters.

As for the 6-3 decision, despite in 2022 having opined that disctict judges should not be allowed to issue nationwide injunctions she dissented...the TDS is strong in her.  But at least she is not the abject idiot that Ketanji-Brown is with her......(wait for it).... moronic dissent.  Not only is she stupid (can't define what a woman is), but her law clerks are likewise DEI hires and write dissenting opinions like it's a 6th-grade essay.
