Yesterday they started the clearing out for the development across from Veazy's. My daughter and I walked down there (didn't realize it had started until we got there) yesterday. There were two mean standing on the old wooden bridge watching them and I talked to them. One of them is the guy who is developing it. He said he'll be there about 4 years. He did buy the island too, there is going to be homes, 3 stories (top floor not all glass like we had heard), sandy beach area and a pool. He acted surprised when I mentioned to him what I knew and wanted to know where I heard it from, told him here and there.
My 2 year old daughter loved watching the "big shovel".

I pretty well understood the message posted. Could be, some of us have heard about this development. This is the one being developed by Water's Edge L.L.C. Info I heard was the Lake Houses will be 1600 sq.ft. and range in price from $975K to $1.5 Mil. depending on how well dressed. Lot of money, but a nice area of the Lake. Hope they don't mess it up. Has to be better than Bolton Cove.

The guy developing it looked young, late 30s to early 40s.
Feb, I think I saw your place on Monday. We went for our last boat ride of the season on Monday and went exploring towards your direction. Are you going to have a walk-out basement? I saw one where a hillside had been dug out and the forms for the bottom floor and cinder blocks were being put in.
