on Seinfeld, "I'M BACK, BAAABY!! My read posts are now changing colors....not sure how I fixed it but I tossed my cookies and deleted temp files while changing some options on IE in the process. Happy days are here again...was driving me crazy trying to figure out which ones had been read. Thanks, Bruce!

Well I'm glad it is fixed but don't thank me for something I did not do. Using the classic forum view the colors are dictated by browser history. Sounds as if something got messed up with your history cache. That was a difficult problem for me to resolve without looking at your computer (in person or remotely). Glad happy days are here again!

So, BigFoot messed up his history cache
I am not sure what that means, but it sounds bad. BigFoot, how is your current cash?

do yourself a big favor and surf the web with Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or some other web browser. They are all free.
IE is your problem, I would wager. At least it's the culprit 100% of the time when people have trouble with my site.
It's also the reason that most "webmasters" have to dumb down their sites - so that IE users (especially older versions of IE) won't experience constant crashes on features that the above browsers handle easily.

Thanks for that info Gabby. That is a relatively new browser feature that I've not had a need to utilize.
