so if u lived in Africa & thought u might have Ebola--what's the most likely thing to do ??? Get on a plane to U.S where u can get FREE medical treatment ??? Just thinking out loud --??????

That is what happened with SARS (until they started screening and rejecting anyone who was ill) and HIV.  I don't know it is so much about free medical care, as it is that they can get treatment, period.  In fact, with the HIV, it became common for those afflicted to pay someone else who was not sick for their blood results that said they were clean.  I guess if you live in a country where medical treatment is just not available, you do what you can to survive, if you can find the money for a plane ticket.
