On the way home from work I came by the Kowaliga boat ramp and there is some heavy equipment there. Are they rebuilding the ramp?

No the State is extending the ramp along with Paces Point per my discussions with APCO.

Is the paces point ramp still usable? Hope so we're coming down this weekend and that is the closest ramp that has been usable.

I checked Paces Point Ramp (off Hwy 34) yesterday and there were ten bass boat trailers in the parking lot so it's still in use, at least for shallow draft boats.

Just pulled out large wakeboard boat at Union Ramp two days ago and a 26' sailboat came out behind me. Ramp out of water, but large stones go out a long way and it was no problem.
