Why does Joe Biden find it so difficult to tell the truth? Since moving out of the political arena in Delaware, the real Joe Biden has surfaced. Are the voters in Delaware so naive that they could not see this character and send someone to represent them who has competency. Based on his record in the election and as VP, I surley do hope that we never have to see him wddressed as Mr. President. I thought that the following exercept was interesting.

Aides to former President George W. Bush are challenging the veracity of Vice President Joe Biden's claim this week of having privately castigated Bush.
Former Bush adviser Karl Rove, in a FOX News interview, called Joe Biden a "liar" over the vice president's claim this week of having privately castigated former President George W. Bush.
Rove was the latest former Bush aides to challenging the veracity of Biden's story and an earlier episode in which Biden claims to have similarly rebuked Bush, who said he doesn't remember the incidents.
"It didn't happen," Rove, a FOX News contributor, said in an interview scheduled to air on "On the Record" at 10 p.m. EDT. "I hate to say this, but he's a serial exaggerator. If I was being unkind, I would say liar, but it is a habit he ought to drop."

I think he doesn't have the mental capacity to lie. He just says whatever pops into his fertile imagination. In fact he has spent so much time in DC he probably doesn't know the difference between the truth and fiction. I call it DC Dementia and I will bet Hound has experienced way more of it than she cares to recall.....from both parties.

Biden has served in Washington many years. He has learned two things very well. He earned his name HIDEN BIDEN as well as to show up and lie when hes not needed!!!!!!!!!!!

There is "Revisionist History" in which you remember things the way you wish they had gone rather than the way they went.
Then there is "CRS" (Can't Remember Sh*t) which is akin to the ever popular "I have no recollection of that".
I have to laugh about Rove calling Biden a liar -- a true example of the pot calling the kettle black. So you've got Biden doing his revisionist history and Rove doing "CRS".
I heard a very good comment about this on the news this morning. Basically, it was don't be anything but complimentary to the past Administration. Look forward only. Biden should remember that the Bush Administration is now left to the historians. It doesn't matter who said what to whom; it has nothing to do with the present.
