I agree with you Cat.
I imagine Ms. Palin is a real mess (looks wise) first thing in the morning just after her face lifts off the pillow. After 5 children and a rough life you would expect so. I imagine she spends more time in the beauty shop than John Edwards.
Not to mention her wardrobe cost. I bet she is a high maintenace type. LOL

High Maintenance possibly so. I am gonna eventually read her book. I personally like her. I just want to read the one I linked to first. The author has an interesting background. I have read short comments/conversations that are very interesting and well thought out.

FEB, let me see if I get your point. Because Mrs. Palin was a member of the working class, she must look rough in the morning? Harley riding, elk hunting, athletic individual, keeps herself in great shape, cuts her own meat without whing about about attitude at the service counter, looks fantastic in jeans and a pick up truck, doesn't have or need a navigator. You think SHE is high maintenance? No sir, I LOL !!!!!

Governor Palin, like Dr. Condoleeza Rice, is a true feminist… femininity, confidence, and optimism (as opposed to a manly woman eaten up by an inferiority complex and cynicism). She has no need for affirmative action. She does not bare her teeth or extend her claws when she talks. She has one set of teeth (guys, you KNOW what that means.) Perhaps a better study would be her performance as governor of Alaska. Have you looked into that?

Note also. that Alaska has NO income tax and NO sales tax. Income is from oil... the shortfall has to do with the price of oil.

Funny that she had the highest approval rating as Gov. in the US.
and never seemed to get any credit for that. I've never saw anyone attacked so much without any reason. How can people hate someone so much and know so little about her. Humor yourself, when you run across a Palin hater, ask them why they hate her.
Most can only repeat what others have said and have no opinion of their own...Very few will have a reason that is legit.

She was a hero in Alaska when oil prices were high but quit when they tanked.
I don't hate her but she does not have the qualifications necessary to be VP and one heart beat away from President.

Palin took office 12/4/06 oil prices on 12/1/06 63.28. Palin left office on 7/3/09 oil prices 65.63. Current oil prices around 75.

I cant say if she was qualified for the VP position or not. I can say that she was much more qualified than Obama, and he was running for Pres... Plus, she hasnt spent her life rubbing elbows
with anti-americans.

Tell me again what Obama has accomplished since becoming president that you are personally proud of or you feel is good for america? Heck ... why did he ever accomplish before becoming president.
It is not that I think Palin is so great ... but she at least has accomplishments. What dose your messiah have?

He likes living in his fantasy world believing Obama is great and that he has accomplished something ... when he has not. By bashing someone that actually has done something in her life scares the heck out of the socialists.
Can you imagine having someone in office with a record of accomplishments, loves america, stands by her values, believes in capitalism ...
That is so foriegn to the socialists, they do not know how to deal with it in any other way than attack.

what qualifications he wants for someone to be president of the US. Lets see how that aligns with Obama vs Palin.
He is right that Palin was not a community organizer and she did not sue banks for not giving enough sub prime loans.

“It is not that I think Palin is so great”. WW, you finally agreed with me as I don’t question her accomplishments. The question is not if Obama is qualified, rather,... Is Palin qualified to be President? If one were to accept your premise that Obama is not qualified does not make Palin qualified.
As I have said before, my first choice was Bill Richardson. I have to believe those on the right had a first choice for a ticket other than McCain-Palin.

You are the one that keeps saying that Palin is not qualified to be VP, and a heartbeat away.
The only point that I, and others, keep making is that if you dismiss Palin's qualifications as not being qualified ... how did you come to terms with lesser qualifications that Obama had to vote for him ... when who he was running against was far more qualified. You were concerned with Palin in the #2 spot due based on your belief that she was not qualified ... yet you voted for someone in the #1 spot with even less.
I am quite sure if the election turned out different we would have been out of this recession and growing like the rest of the world. It has been Obama's horrible policies that have held back growth and contributed to the unemployment level we have.
Now once again ... help me understand your loyalty to Obama and his failed policies. You must be seeing something good that he has accomplished that the rest of us have missed.

Its good to be back, and I will post my beliefs and opinions - someone else can place me into some pigeonhole, and I don't really give a rats @$$. Call me independent, conservative, right, reactionary.....but call me liberal and the good Lord will punish you for gross prevarication!
I figured out a while back that you just like to push buttons. You are too logical and reasonable on other forums on this site. This must be your playpen.
