Point out just one ''conservative'' voice that has been ACTUALLY silenced.  Being kicked off a privately owned social media site by the site's owners is not being silenced...it is private enterprise!  Being muzzled by a judge as a matter of law related to ongoing proceedingd is being silenced.  I do not recall a single ''conservative'' nor ''liberal'' that has had his or her freedom of speech withdrawn.  Now, to be sure, Trump on many occasions suggested some ''liberals'' should lose that right.

If l continued to look l could find many more examples as could you if you were actually interested in the true character of Donald Trump. You could also find examples where he called good patriots "traitors" and likely traitors as "very good people."

First, I am not sure how many times I have to say it (seems you conveniently "forget") but the character of DJT is not what I would want in our president. His policies and what he did for the country is a different matter, and in that he did well. As far as that goes Biden is worse.  He is corrupt as they come. You managed to come up with three instances where DJT referred to the MEDIA as enemies of the people. Never said that they were, did I Archie?  Being silenced by AWS is more of an anti-trust lockdown of speech than a First Amendment issue.  Parler was unable to operate because AWS controllled the infrastructure.  That is a debate for another day.   You are legally accurate in that private organizations can limit what speech they allow on their platforms.  However, I feel there should be a vocal distinction between First Amendment protections of free speech and general limitations on free speech.  In the old days, you libs would agree, now you have been taken over by leftists who stop free speech discussion at the First Amendment.

 This from Cortez, however, is absolutely a First Amendment issue which you cannot defend.  Yet your party remained silent when she spew these words this month:

but like what he has done.  Fine, but you know even Mussolini made the trains run on time and carried out admirable improvements to Italy's infrastructure.  The bottom line is that for most Americans character counts too.  

OK, you might have had some moral reservations about Trump but thumbs-up to his accomplishments.  Majorie Taylor Greene is also a strong supporter of Trump's policies.  I would bet you might also have some problems with her character, but do you feel her support for Trump's policies are sufficient to offset any qualms about her character and morals thereby making her acceptable as a member of congress?  If she is acceptable as a member of congress would she also acceptable as your grandkid's school teacher, or how about as their babysitter?

Anyone want to tell him that it is legal to shout fire in a crowded theater?  It was from illegal from 1919 to 1969 - but it got overturned as 1st amendment protected speach. 

Yet Brandenburg claimed the First Amendment protected his speech. His appeal reached the Supreme Court, and the Court agreed with him, in contrast with the earlier Schenck decision. Advocacy, even when it encourages law-breaking, helps the marketplace of ideas, ruled the Court. Had Brandenburg instructed followers to commit a specific crime, he’d have committed a number of offenses himself. But the First Amendment protects speech that merely advocates general, indefinite illegal action.

With that ruling, the Court overturned the Schenck decision that had introduced "shouting fire in a crowded theater." No longer was "clear and present danger" a sufficient standard for criminalizing speech. To break the law, speech now had to incite "imminent lawless action."

So if a court can prove that you incite imminent lawlessness by falsely shouting "fire" in a crowded theater, it can convict you. If you incite an unlawful riot, your speech is "brigaded" with illegal action, and you will have broken the law. But merely falsely shouting "fire" does not break the law, even if it risks others’ safety.

And, of course, no court will fault you for warning of a fire that actually exists.
