There is a typo in the Public Notice press release, Mr Sumner's email address is:

lewis.c.sumner@sam.usace.army.mil

Found it in another public release and resent email has yet to bounce.

Thanks for the information, Maverick. Although we are full timers, we were unaware of APCO's request or the public comment period. We have emailed Mr. Sumner, as well as everyone we know on the Lake to do the same. Although I rarely comment on the Forum, I always get either some good information or a good chuckle from it.
