Looks like they are bound and determined to not exceed 463 before "mid" April. With all of the rain and every other reservoir full, I'm not getting this.

Wanna clean my boat while you're waiting? I've got a really bad case of scum line from sitting in the water so much of the year. Every weekend I say I'm going to clean it and every weekend I find an excuse not to do it. Actually, the cleaning part is the easiest. It's the waxing I dread!

It's going to be a great weekend for skiing...maybe the last for awhile. Cloudy and cold...keeps everybody but the fishermen off the lake.

Wellllll, I kinda cheated a little, I took the bass boat to someone else to clean and he did a much better job than I would have , and for only 40 dollars. I cleaned the pontoon boat . On the toons , I just use a pressure washer , the seats are what I have a huge problem with, the mildew is taking over . The boat is only 3 years old and I have been fighting the mildew for 2 years now, and Ive done everything posible to prevent it. But I aint giving up yet .

$40.00??!! Wonder what he'd do a ski boat for. Who did you use?

I've been cleaning on my toon for about a week now. Not everyday, just a little at a time. The Lake Martin guys have been talking about a product called 303 for combating mildew problems. I haven't tried it yet but they say it's great stuff.

I found some stuff called "Toon- Brite" for the toons. Spray it on, hose it off. Mine had not been out of the water in about 10 years till this year. The stuff works pretty darn good. I'm impressed. Get it at a marina.

Peace,

The 303 is great stuff for a protectant , I have been useing it for 3 years , some of the marinas sell it , but I ordered from their website, its alot cheaper. I used something on my toons last year that really did a good job, it also did a good job on my hands. On another forum I go to some of those guys polish their toons, they look great, like a chrome finish , but I dont have enough time for that .
