Have youu tried the rental section on this site? All three rental agencies and many owner rentals are listed. This doesn't help you now, but my 3/4 bedroom houses have been rented for months,

The first time we came to lake Martin, we rented a home on the north end of the lake. The man also owns a bed and breakfast in Alexander City or Dadeville. You had the option of also renting his pontoon boat. I'm sorry, but I cannot help you with any more info. than that. There is a house for sale on Bay Road by the Marina. It has been on the rental program for a few years and is a cute main house with a guest house over the boat house. Many people from Louisiana come and rent the property. This would be good for a larger family. Best of luck.

Which Marina?
I have found a few condos on the rental page. here. All were 2/2's. Grandpa and Grandma and kids want fit into a 2/2 condo.
With all the empty house for sale I ws thinking someone might put some beds etc in and want to make some $$$ for July 4th weekend.

It's next to Bay Pine marina. The one for sale. I'll be there this weekend and see if there is a number. I know there are several homes in that area that are rentals.

I will suggest NOT using Lakefront Realty. We have used them twice and they have screwed things up both times, one time giving our house to someone else. Since then I have used this sights rental page and gone straight to the owners, that way if something gets screwed up its my fault. Good luck.
