Only 3 days left till the cork is put back in!

I can hardly stand the spring fever knowing that the 2007 season is right around the corner.

I can't wait to get back out on the water, grill burgers, dogs, chickens, and ribs, mow the grass, get together with family and friends, shoot off fireworks, have a cold one, sit on the dock and watch the boats go by, watch the sun rise and set, look at the stars on a clear warm night, throw my brother-n-laws into the water, and all the other fun summer stuff .

Thanks for listening . . . I feel better now . . . back to work !

This morning, while waiting for the car to warm up, my 11 year old daughter said she was "ready for some Jimmy Buffett days". Very well put. Me, too. Boat drinks, anyone?

I agree. Family and the lake is important. I know not whether it'll be spring or summer but I do know this this year I mourn the loss of my greatest love as I my birthday rolls around on the 18th and why or how I escaped the nickname "daytona" only lord knows.. The ohio skies although cold and the season bitter with the loss of my dad find the stars brillliant as I figure my return too the lake.. Tell every body Geno's gonna return and a jump into the lake, a boat ride, and Buffett life really is at the lake and when you lay your head to rest pray to great loves lost, and loves rediscovered. Then tell me when.. to jump into lake martin!

Hey folks two seperate notions. One. Real Estate with the recent passing of my beloved father I'm thinking mom might wish to come home. Not sure why anyone would wnt to live here Ohio - wintry woes and ice box has me calling home. Alabama. Now. First it might be rental properties condos as jimmy buffett would say I don't know.. But the warmer climate would be nice . And second does anyone know of the whereabout of Don Siebert,I used to read his posts all the time lost his e-mail address and know him solely through this forum and fact that he once lived nearby in Fort Thomas kentucky. Long ago. Just asking. And yes I "we" shall return.

I'm sure Don and Martha won't mind letting out their new whereabouts, but they have relocated to Birmingham. I hear they have been working on their handicaps, having cleared their last major "water hazard" !!
