Opps! Anyway, much has been said of the upcoming clash of the mighty Pontoons of Maverick and Jlacz. Some say that Jlacz has the toon to beat, while others know Mav has his own secrets. As race time nears, so does the completion of Mav's Hand built powerplant. Mav. I'll be needing the boat soon for installation! See link below. It's Mavs' 355 cubic inch smallblock GM based engine. Complete with Dominator Intake, Roller camshaft and rockers, internally balanced Eagle rotating assembly and much more. ;) He'll never see ya comin' Mav.

I can still take the restricted single outboard class; looks like Mav will take the prize in the unrestricted category and top speed with that motor (if Mrs. Mav really lets you strap it onto his Bennington).
I'm thinkin' a flotilla the first week of June may be in order.... I'll still wear my new Cat shirt even though you're helping Mav, since I know he needs all the help he can get.

OK jlazc we are racing this weekend, as going to be REAL PRETTY and I have cabin fever.

And yes, you must be there for the race....just remember to aim your 357 magnum starter pistol at power plant Cat plans to install on Mav's boat.

Well it's a 45-ACP I tote around but same difference I guess. LOL..... Shall have a E_mail too you very soon.
I am going to go down and roust CAT around if he's at Riversides Parts DPT this morning.
I found out it was not my starter but a cracked flywheel on my GMC 2500 truck.

Just let me know when you decide to race. Don't worry about extras JLAZC, I'll just get what we need out of the Postal vault (M-4, and necessary addons). Everyone also needs to remember that there are questions from some concerning MAV and bets (don't ask Rude). We might need to have as many witnesses as we can ge on the lake.

OK, Lil Talisi I think you can appreciate this comment. The Forum Manager is about to go POSTAL on you.
So be careful and make sure you choose your side wisely, as jlazc called me yesterday and the bet is on for sure. I gave him one shortcut to River North, just not the other two and I am unplugging his GPS and no maps are allowed on the vessels during the race. That way when he gets lost I will have the advantage, as he has never ventured up to our side of the lake and I have been on his side of the lake several times. So advantage MAV - HAHAHA.

No GPS or Maps and WE ARE RACING AT NIGHT !!!!!
Now I know I will win as jalzc has no clue where all the danger points are after he passes the Ridge and heads up to River North. I will have to help him off the one of the 4 or 5 sand bars or the 3 or so rock piles on my way back to his house - LOL.

H3ll I have to even the race somehow as that HO egg beater you have attached to that rocket ship of yours will out run mine by about 5 MPH.
Oh I forgot to mention I will be borrowing some high grade night goggles for the race, just do not tell JLAZC - LOL.

Yes and the best short cut this time of year is to go behind woods island this time of year Yea that's the best way.
