I don't know all of the details, but a small condo building in Still Waters burned this afternoon .... Sunset Cove ... the building right next to the pool. These were built right after the Still Waters auction ... I think there are 6 units in that building.

I saw a big column of smoke over that way while we were working on my dads dock earlier today and thought it looked like a house fire......hope nobody got hurt.

I own in Sunset Point III next to the Sunset Cove buildings. I am on the way up right now to check out, and will report back.

I have been told the fire was in the 100 Bldg. of Sunset Point. Last condo on the left, before getting to the new pool. Sunset Cove buildings are not involved.

I've just learned that my original info was wrong ..... not Sunset Cove ... but the timeshare buiilding ... I don't want to say which one because I don't want to get it wrong again.

It is the Sunset Point II, 100 building which is next to the pool. It is a total loss, and the fire department is still on scene. It is NOT Sunset Cove.

Is this a building that is yellow with a green roof (like Sunset Cove) or is it some other building?
