I was just informed that it is not a hoax. I really didn't think so with Kizma being the jokester that he is. It is a proposal and not law but will probably go under legislature consideration this spring.

The hoax email about cell phone numbers being released to telemarketers and to make sure you call the national do not call number is also going around "again". It is a hoax as well, my wife works for AT&T wireless and knows for sure it is a hoax!
