The White House says they should have sent a "top leader" to France.  Can someone tell me what "top leader" they have to send?  For that matter, what "leader" do they have to send?  They seem to have only a wannabe dictator.

Meanwhile dear leader stayed home to watch football games. This is what you get when you vote for someone based on skin color along with the attendant low expectations.  I am sure Archibald and GF are proud.  As for the rest of us, Obola is a huge embarrassment. Less than two years left of this travesty of domestic and international serial failures. This is just another in along line of being wrong on everything.
