For those who do not know, Christophers is OPEN, They run a winter Schedual of Thur, Fri ,and Sat and all I can tell you is they say they are in to win for 2010. I hope everyone can get by there when they can, the value cleerly excedes the price. I will admit if you drink it can get pricy but the service and food are great and best of all it not uptight with people you can relax with

From previous posts I had thought that Christophers had closed.

Last night I called them and yes they were open. Four of us went for dinner and had excellent meals. Much better than Springhouse.

The hotel has gone out of business and the bank has taken over the property. Christophers has a lease with the bank and they plan to remain in business.

I think previous posts have hurt his business as we stopped going thinking he was closed.

I would just say I have know chris for a long time and the place is consistant, encurage everone to get by when we can,the place dose great biz in season and this is the time they need the locals most, they have to this point made it cleer they are for the locals year round so spread the word

Don't remember if they have a kid's menu per se, but they have a varied menu, and they are so accomodating, I'll bet you wouldn't have a problem getting something that an 8 year old would like.
