My family just moved to south Atlanta from Florida and would be very interested in information regarding condminiums or townhouses for sale. The kids and wife love to waterski (I just drive the boat) and be near water. I would rather not build a house because I don't want the upkeep. We would like spend 1or 2 weekends a month in the condo and then maybe rent it out. I've been lurking for a while and haven't seen to many posts on the subject for quite some time. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone has insights before I approach a real estate agent. I'd like to be able to talk somewhat intelligently about LM before I start a serious search. We plan on visiting the Dadeville area in the early spring. I haven't seen many advertisements about condo developments so If anyone hsa any agents, phone numbers or e-mails about condos that would be great. Thanks again in advance.

Try two sites on the Lake Martin Home Page. The first is Harbor Pointe Marina (harborpointe.net) and Lake Martin Properties, Inc. The Harbor Pointe page describes new condos at Harbor Pointe Marina at Stillwaters. The second page is for Connie Burke who handles condo rentals at Villas on the Harbor and also knows about recent condo listings.

I visited with a customer of mine in the Auburn/Opelika area and he was telling me about a condo he is going to sale. The condo is on hwy 49 across the road from The Cove On Blue Creek Rest. He has purchased another(larger) condo and wants to move this one. If you're interested, let me know and I will get you his name and number.

Is that not on the side that is hard to get to by water at full pool, due to bridge clearance?

No.The rest. is on the low bridge side. This condo is on the big water side across the road from the rest.

Click on Fuller Realty on the front page. They have listings for several new Condo developments which are being built.. They are located near Blue Creek, which is near Still Waters on the Atlanta side of the lake. BTW, I dont know the Fullers and dont have a dog in their business, but if you click on the fist line after you get on their web page, you will see several listings.
