Thanks, guys, for looking after me. I did request it to be deleted. I am mad at myself for mentioning it. It's one thing to PLAYFULLY pick on each other, but to attack like I did, well, it doesn't make me look good. Not that it wasn't true. It was. OSMS - I sent you an e-mail about it. Did you get it?

JIm - I don't mind personally telling you anything you want to know.

I just didn't want to go that public like I did. The way I figure, what goes around, comes around. If you want to personally e-mail me, I don't mind sharing MY experience. I mean it's one thing to be betrayed in general, but it's worse when money is involved. IMO. But it certainly isn't becoming to act like a shrew on the board...which is the way I was beginning to see my post.

Just checked emails and got yours. Thanks. I stick by my post--you did nothing wrong. Maybe you saved someone from a similar situation. Personally I've never liked listing agents--they rarely earn their money.
