Can anyone recommend a reputable vinyl siding contractor, if there is such a thing. Looking for somebody to do the job right and not cut corners. That is,

Properly caulk around all windows, doors, etc before applying siding
Properly apply house wrap
Replace rotten wood, if any found
Properly flash all windows, doors, corners, rooflines, etc.
Install siding in in accordance with Manufacturer Installation instructions to allow for expansion and contraction.

Basically do the job the right way rather than cutting corners like a lot of unsupervised contractors might do.
