Alumabrite, which is a phosphoric acid.  I think it is available at the Car Quest.

better find out if your toons are coated.  if so and you use the wrong cleaner, you have a mess.

Stuff works like a charm.  Just mop it on, wait about 10 minutes and rinse it off.  Tubes will be brite and shiny.
