Does anyone know the cause of the 1 1/4" steel diagonal bracing to start expanding to round shape. Appreciate info.

Water has gotten inside of the tubing and frozen. The expanding ice will deform the square tube to a round shape & possibly even split it open. Drill a hole at the bottom of the tube to let water escape.

Most likely caused by global warming.
