From what I have been told (and this is the last I heard) it should be opening on April 11. There will definitely be an article in our April issue.

It's actually called the SpringHouse Restaurant. It is located off Hwy. 63 @ Russell Crossroads. If you turn into the Crossroads development, it will be in the far back corner of the developed section ... behind Catherine's Market & past the Discovery Center.

The operators will be the same couple (Chris & Idie Hastings) who own Hot & Hot Fish Club in Birmingham.

Great job on this issue. I was honored to have been interviewed in the real estate article.

Also I was pleasantly surprised to see that Holly Grisamore did such a nice job with the "My Lake Martin" column this month. I happened to be the RE agent that helped them buy their lake home, so it was really cool to see that. They are a super nice family for anyone that hasn't met them yet.

The Willow Leaf lists April 11 as the Grand Opening, however it also lists the Grand Opening of Catherine's Market as April 4.

I suspect that the Springhouse will open sometime before April 11 so that they can get some experience for the GO.

Usually I get an invitation to the pre-opening events, have not received anything yet. I will post when I do.
