the latest report has it down 3 more inches from previous. It seems for past several months, we've seen it go down 3 or 4 inches per week.

Over here in the Manoy area, we don't want the lake to stablize. We want it to stop dropping and start coming back up, therefore we are hoping for a lot of rain.

The Weather Channel is forecasting rain every day between now and July 31 with percentages between 30 and 60.

If we don't get some rain in a few days, we are going to call on a few of out Native American friends to give us their best Rain Dance.

More water would be nice, but it's not all bad; maybe it will thin the weekend crowds. If it stays above 484 until September, I'll be happy.

I know it gets shallow back in Manoy, praticularly at the very back end which was very shallow even a month ago.I have seen boats get bottom out back there.
