If the 18th is Plug Day, I would propose the beginning of the first ever of an annual event called Plug Day Party on Lake Martin.  But, Kowaliga is not open on Tuesday during winter hours... which would be a great place unless Alabama Power would allow the Plug Day Party to be held at the dam itself.  Someone take this idea and run with it...
