Its a shame the Michigan pro life activist that was murdered in cold blood over his views wasn't an abortionist. He could have been a cause celeb for the government media but instead his murder is all but ignored. Gee, I wonder if the guy who murdered him will be charged with a hate crime. No doubt he won't and once freed from prison will make millions of the leftist speaker's tour.

The guy who has been arrested for this shooting also shot another man, and was planning to shoot a third. Police are not exactly sure why he wanted to shoot the three men ... and it is not yet clear that he was shot because of his pro-life stance.

We should probably wait to learn more before we jump to conclusions.

Found this article on www.msnbc.msn.com (you know those liberal government media). Turns out police think the killer shot the protester because of the graphic photos/signs he held up in front of school children. He then shot the owner of a company his mother worked for ten years ago .... and then was planning to shoot someone else he had a grudge against. The shooting of this man is despicable ... my two cents.

It doesn't matter the circumstances of his murder and you missed my whole point. If this guy had been an abortionist the government media would have filled the airwaves with coverage. There would have been tons of coverage, all sorts of speculation, talk about hate crimes and on and on. They would have gone out of their way to avoid portraying this as a crime by some sicko and would have impugned the entire pro life movement.

Maybe sometimes my use of irony is a little too obscure and I need to explain.....

OK to sit or punch but shooting his is only stupid?!?!?!? How sick is that? If he were my kid I would weep in shame. This is what a government school education will get you.

Oh and by the way, the articles I read on this indicated that police weren't positive but could find no connection between the two and believe he likely targeted the man because of his pro life protests and targeted the others for other personal reasons. I suppose since he decided to go down in flames he was going to settle all scores on the way down. Again, not my point but apparently contradicts the point I believe was being made by JaG that he wasn't targeted because of his protesting of abortion.

And lastly, just so I am clear I do not believe in hate crimes and do not think this guy should be prosecuted for a "hate crime". He should be prosecuted for first degree murder and if convicted sent to prison for the rest of his life.
