During a conversation today, someone told me that off-premise, Sunday purchases of alcohol (Sunday Beer Runs) could now be made in Elmore County. I was under the impression that Lee County and Jefferson were the only ones in the state. If this person is correct, my life just got a lot better...is he right?

Don't know about Elmore but it has been that way in Montgomery County for some years now.

Macon county has Sunday beer sales after 12 noon (after church :) ...follow 229 south a few short miles to first store on south side of interstate...also Camp Hill has Sunday beer sales..not sure about Elmore.....was not aware of Lee County having off premise beer sales on Sunday...restaurants can serve beer, drinks
