They are coming after them. If they get a ban on an assault weapon, then it will be much easier to extend that to a 15-shot pistol. Then, No Guns allowed.
I watched a short video of a lady testifying before a congressional panel on the 2nd Amendment/Gun Control. Both her parents were killed by a man with an assault weapon in a restaurant in Texas. She had stopped carrying in her purse recently because of a change in the law. She watched both parents killed. Sad story. Thank you Tiki Hut.
She made her point in the last few seconds of the video, where she explained the intent of the 2nd Amendment to these distinguished gentlemen. She said it had nothing to do with the right to hunt ducks,,,, it had everything to do with protection of the citizens from their elected officials.
The "panel" did not appear to be impressed.

I'm sure as hell not joining any gun parade. Then again I'm not telling everything I know nor am I making any direct inferences to or about lobama. I don't trust everybody on this board anymore. However, my typing is terrible when typing some names.

Have been scoping out possible safe places. Also been visiting local ammo suppliers and fortifying the cache. If I put much more in the gun safe it might break through the 12 inch concrete foundation...
The gun control nuts would probably brand me as a crazed lunatic. Actually I am a very boring person who doesn't want to have to say he wasn't prepared when Armageddon arrives. There ain't a physically aggressive bone in this old body, but I danm sure won't stand by while some bung-hole takes my property or threatens my family.
And I really don't know what I would do if a uniformed (but uninformed) group of military were to come onto my property to confiscate my guns. Hope I don't ever have to make that choice.
And the more that happens the more I believe that Barack Obama's real aim is to destroy our country.

Well now we know whose side TOTUS is on.......that of our enemy. I can certainly understand why the Chinese want us disarmed. No way to defeat an enemy that is as well armed as we are. Of course, that assumes that Oblamer and the Chinese both view us as the enemy, something I believe to be the case.
