FYI - I saw an ad in April's Lake Martin Living mag, Russell Lands has a new website, which leads you to another new realty website called ERA Lake Martin Realty - which their site says is a "Russell Lands affiliate company" and also calls it "formerly Russell Lands Real Estate." Sounds like a way to change some "BRANDING" really a pretty smart move. Have all of the regular realator hooked in with a national organization, and retain 4 or 5 "PRIME" employees for the "PRIME" realestate.

If they do like everyone else does, they will convert to multiple LLC's and get some new Logo's

It is the new business model that everyone is adopting that can afford the ticket.

Isn't ERA a subsidiary of Reology that also owns CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker and Sotheby's? I would have thought they would have taken a Coldwell or Sotheby's franchise.
