Now that the Big Boat Ban has been implemented a BIG HOUSE BAN is in order. All new houses should be required to be 1500 sqft or less and should be set back from the lake at least 1000 feet.
Existing houses will be grandfathered in if they are no larger than 2500 sq.ft and have a carbon foot print less than Al Gore's.
Existing houses greater than the limits described above must be relocated to Mountain Brook. Because there are other big houses there and that is obviously where big houses belong.

Assuming that this rule will soon be implemented, we need to start thinking about RULES BANNING BIG MOUTHS AND BIG A$$E$.

WE WILL HOWEVER SHOOT THE GUY WHO SUGGESTS BANNING BIG T1TS!!!!!!

I am all for it - please see disclaimer.

The house meets current specs, I will go on a diet to address one of the BIG issues, will talk more quietly to address the other, and am locked and loaded to help enforcement of the final lake enhancement option.

The argument that these houses were legal when they were built will not be valid. Proponents of this new ban can only come up with the excuse that the big houses are distracting to boaters and therefore might be dangerous.

The larger houses will be allowed to stay under the Grandfather Clause, however, they will NOT be allowed to use the air conditioning systems. This move is being done in order to fight AGW. Disallowing the use of these huge AC units will reduce the carbon footprint of the lake as a whole. Since the report this week of the new coming Ice Age that is expected to cover most of North America in the next century it has been deterrmined that property values will increase signifacantly as the northern states become unihabitable. That being the case we certainly want to reduce the AGW even more so that we may more quickly get back to the hyper-inflated property prices of the good ole days of '05-'06.
