Obama & DNC Admit All Allegations of Federal Court Lawsuit - Obama’s “Not” Qualified to be President

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/21/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and tbe DNC “ADMITTED”, by way of failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions, all of the numerous specific requests in the Federal lawsuit. Obama is “NOT QUALIFIED” to be President and therefore Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President and the DNC shall substitute a qualified candidate. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Berg stated that he filed Requests for Admissions on September 15, 2008 with a response by way of answer or objection had to be served within thirty [30] days. No response to the Requests for Admissions was served by way of response or objection. Thus, all of the Admissions directed to Obama and the DNC are deemed “ADMITTED.” Therefore, Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President.

OBAMA - Admitted:
1. I was born in Kenya.
2. I am a Kenya “natural born” citizen.
3. My foreign birth was registered in the State of Hawaii.
4. My father, Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr. admitted Paternity of me.
5. My mother gave birth to me in Mombosa, Kenya.
6. My mother’s maiden name is Stanley Ann Dunham a/k/a Ann Dunham.
7. The COLB [Certification of Live Birth] posted on the website “Fightthesmears.com” is a forgery.
8. I was adopted by a Foreign Citizen.
9. I was adopted by Lolo Soetoro, M.A. a citizen of Indonesia.
10. I was not born in Hawaii.
11. I was not born at the Queens Medical Center in Hawaii.

It is strange that the RNC has not made this a major issue in the campaign. It is surprising that with all the legal talent they did not take it to court. Why did a Demeocrat have to do it? At least, if the court steals the election as they did in 2000, we have my man Mr Joey ready to step in. The country is fortunate that Biden has the experience to assume the office.

It is not good that the DNC sure has admitted to a multiple of crimes. Good thing Bush and the Republicans are the party of high moral and ethical behavior. Funny how no Republican wants to be identified with the 8 years of Bush.

You can say what you want, but the fact is that he is an attorney and knows this could go away very easily even without producing one document if he responded to the law suit under oath and denied each allegations. All he would have to do, or have his attorney do is respond to each of those as denied.

But my guess is that some are true, so he can no deny them all or it would be perjury. But if he admits to some it would raise speculation and further investigation.

My guess is the RNC is steering clear to let the courts handle so it does not appear to be politically motivated. Either the guy is eligible or not. If he is, then he should do what is right and come clean and respond so if he is elected there is not a shadow.

There is probably some element of truth to much of this so he is trying to get past the election so he can hopefully bury it or if it is found to be true then there would be a fear that it would be too big of deal to reverse the election, both because he is black and the divide it would create in this nation.

If my last point is correct ... what kind of man is this that would do that. I will tell you, someone that associate with the kind of people he does.

The court is not even asking him to prove or produce anything. All the court is asking him to do is respond and agree or deny each of the charges so they can make a determination if the suit should be dismissed. He and his attorneys continue to refuse. What's up with that. The court is giving him an openning so the suit can be dismissed if he simply denies the charges in a sworn statement.

WHAT IS HE HIDING? Or does he think he is about the law because he was once a community organizer.

A birth announcement in the Aug. 13, 1961, Honolulu Advertiser listed Obama's birth there on Aug. 4. I am quite sure his mother knew in 1961 that her son would be running for President in 2008 and that would help to prove he was born in Hawaii. Sounds to me like a conspiracy. The Right needs to investigate. We may have a back dated newspaper!!!!!!

Odd the court did not just dismiss. You should talk to the judge and the democratic attorney that filed the suit. The must not have the facts you have since the judge "ordered" Obama and the DNC to reply to the charges and either admit or "deny". They were not asked to even produce one piece of evidence or proof. A date was set that has come and gone, so now the decision id up to the judge. I am sure he is consulting higher authority.

If he had nothing to hide and it was all false, all he had to do is deny the charges and it most likely would have been thrown out of court. But he did not.

So something is up. And where there is smoke there is usually fire.

Only smoke that ever really matters is from the Vatican. Last night, Oct 24, Federal Judge R. Barclay Surrick threw out the complaint. He agreed with the DNC that Berg's claims were both "ridiculous" and "patently false". The smoke is gone and the sky is once again clear!!!!!

I doubt we have heard the end of this. The judge ruled based on Berg's ability to show he was harmed. So he threw oout on a technical reason which lets the judge off the hook and lets someone else deal with it.

The question still has to be why Obama spent millions of dollars fighting this rather than just respond and deny the charges so they are on the record for the people to see. The man thinks he is above the law.

My guess is he will be elected. I hope things turn out well, but I fear the days of Jimmy Carter with a weak military, 21% interest rates, 11% unemployment, other nations walking all over us like Saudi Arabia with the oil embargo. Then it took the strength of Regan to clean up the mess that was left.

I guess you will just be sitting back and enjoying your home at the Ridge you bought 2 years before everyone else ... must have gotten a great deal. :)
