Please help me find a lake place on your beautiful lake. Does anyone know someone who has a lot for sale or small lake cabin that is thinking about selling? I would prefer FSBO but If you are an agent I will protect your commission for the right deal. Thank you for your time and help.

Pick up the Lake Real Estate Sales books found as gas stations and stores around the lake area. Starting prices are still expensive as entry level 900-1000 square foot cabins and cottages are now $495,000 and up.

There is a small older cabin with a decent lot for sale by owner over in the Parker Creek area. You will take Coosa County 24 off of 259 and proceed toward Lake. Look for signs. The starting price is $875,000. I do no know the owners. It is not far from the Bolton Cove and Eagle's Point developments. I understand both those developments have availabilities. At least they still have their huge billboard size signs up.

There is a lot of property for sale on the Lake. I just counted approx. 37 lake homes for sale in the Ridge. This is not to include all the lots. The Trillum also has several places for sale and so does
Glynmere.

You have places on almost any part of the Lake you choose with availabilities.

I know of an off water lot with lake view and lake access that will be coming up for sale in a month or two. It has a mobile home on it and a shed/carport. It is in the Holiday Shores area. I am not sure of asking price but if you are interested email me and I will check it out for you.
