I saw this boat last week over at Waterscape Marine. I am not sure of the make of the boat, but it did have the big twin 350 Yamahas on the rear. (Guessing it might be a Premier)

I heard a rumor today about the boat, and I hope someone here can confirm or deny the rumor. Here is the rumor:

Supposedly the boat has been on the Lake for several months, and the center toon has been torqued or twisted by all the power. The rumor goes on to say the owner of the boat returned it to the dealer, and they are not sure what to do about it.

I find it rather hard to believe since I doubt a boat builder would market it without knowing its capability.

I know the owner of the boat. He lives in Sandy Creek. I was not aware he had any problems with it. I'll call him. It is a nice boat. I never got to ride on it but man, was the interior nice! Isn't it something like 30' long?

I've heard there will be at least two more of those on the lake soon. Has anyone else heard anything? Sounds like a good way to get around the big boat ban and still be legal.

Can't say for sure, but I heard it was 31 ft. It looked like a real monster. LOL

Heard the price tag was North of a hundred grand.

It was too big for me to see inside at the luxury end of things. The boat I saw may not of even been the boat with problems.

That boat is included in the "Big Boat Ban" law for two obvious reasons, but it is a pontoon boat. I would like feedback to see if they are getting questioned by Marine Police....
