The cream always rises to the top. The DAWGS put it to BUZZARDS today. Could have been worse. Talk about class, had it withen the 20 and took a knee 4 times.

I don't remember anyone sticking it to the UGA fans on this board for your last 4 games.

ANYBODY could have beaten this Auburn team today. I wouldn't be patting myself on the back too much.

I don't think any Auburn fan went into this game today cocky.

(and the last game we lost was an 11:30 am game....that would be Arkansas.)

let's all remember...it wouldn't have been at 11:30 if GA had won more games. Congrats!

Gotta rub in in a little bit. A team that lost to Kentucky, and Vandy, beating a powerhouse like Auburn in their own ball yard. I think Ga. had a lot to gain and nothing to lose, so they let the BIG DOG eat Turkey Buzzard. GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it was awful to watch....and it was awful to watch Georgia get their a$$ whipped, too. But Tennessee looked REALLY good. Arkansas looked just good.

Now, we gotta take on Florida next week. I dread that.

****************************************************************************************************

Didn't I have a nice comment about how awful it was to watch UGA get beat?

Didn't I also mention that I thought that Auburn wasn't ready for Florida?

I think I was kind in my comments. Why can't you all be?????????????

I WASN'T GLOATING ONE BIT.

I sent some cool info regarding the AU-GA rivelry to a GA friend last week which shows how closely the two programs are tied together. His reply back to me was...."We stink! And if you lose to us, you stink too!" Can't say that I can argue with him on that after the display I saw (except GA sure didn't look like they stink). This was coming for Auburn and a game like this was coming for GA. Hopefully, this wake up call will work to our favor this weekend. War Eagle.

Here is my take. Our problem first emerged in the bowl game last year, , losing to Wisconsin. We have played four good teams, Arkansas, LSU, Florida and Georgia. Lost two. Beat LSU because their quarterback (rolling now) had a bad game. We rattled Leak in Florida game in second half for some reason. Arkansas and Georgia exploited our weaknesses at secondary and on the offensive line.

We were never a great team. Maybe not even a good team. If we can beat Alabama (questionable), at 9-2 maybe the Cotton Bowl will come calling. Perhaps play Texas or even Oklahoma.

A win at Alabama would be 10-2, for what it's worth. I partially agree, but I think we are a good team when the coaches get the players heads on straight. We do have weaknesses, but who doesn't. The thing that upsets me about Tub's teams is that when they get beat, they get BEAT BAD. It is like they were never in the game in the two losses, one to a very good Arkansas team, but everyone has to admit, to a very ordinary Georgia team. It's like you never know which team is going to show up. If the bad team shows up next week, Wilson will have 400 yards passing. Here's hoping.......................

" Wangnut " overlooked " UGA because of their record and was looking for UA. I'm an AU fan but I don't think they are a top 25 team. No offense, no defense, special teams gone to crap. I'm really not sure beating bama will be a redeeming factor. " Wangnut ", beware of the thumb.

Like the 1919 (right year?) World Series?

Somebody got to Brandon Cox? He just WASN'T the same quarterback I was watching in previous games. Not at all.

Looked to me like Cox got hurt on the first play of the game, and he played a lot of the game with his leg wrapped up from his toes to his thigh. It was his plant leg, the one that all the weight is on when he throws. If he couldn't plant, then he had to try to make all of his passes using just his arm strength, and he's not one of those guys who can do that.

I don't think anything was fixed, but I do think I saw some of the worst interference/not interference calls I've ever seen, and all of them went Georgia's way. But Georgia played well and Auburn did not, so bad calls had nothing to do with the outcome. Still, you like to see a well-officiated game, and this one wasn't.

yeah, I knew about that foot and leg.

The kid that Ga. has at 1/4 back is 2nd string, the offensive line are all walk ons. To bad Auburn don`t have a 2nd string 1/4 back, if Cox was hurt ,get his a$$ out. The best overall team did not win. But on that day Ga. was better than Auburn. Face it Auburn got spanked,no ifs ,ands ,or buts.

The Georgia quarterback (I know, it's a long word and hard to spell, so you had to abbreviate) is NOT second-string. He was at the beginning of the year, and moved to starter after the senior got hurt, but the senior is fine now; he's just not good enough to be first-team anymore.

As for your statement that Georgia's O-line is all walk-ons... well, if you're stupid enough to think that, then you're even stupider than I thought, and I've always thought that you're as stupid as anyone I've ever known.

Do some research, then get back with us with the results. Or, continue to make up lies and throw them out there and expect people to believe them; I think that's probaly all you are capable of anyway. Either way, that doesn't change the facts.

Thanks for all the complements WSMS. Ga. will be starting their number one Quarterback against Ga.Tech. And by the way can`t you spell offensive line (not o-line). GO DAWGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
