Not starting a fight here...just curious. I saw many boats this weekend that appear to me to violate the current law? Did the law change? Are they not enforcing it due to an appeal? Whats up?

Boats outside the law that were already on the lake were grandfathered in ... so you can still see boats on the lake that are outside the law ... just no new ones can be brought in.

The law was relaxed for Aquapaloosa event, they were allowed in , suppose to be temporary but maybe they didn't leave.

Hmmm. Law? And someone has the authority to "relax" it?

Only cruisers, not go fast boats, were grandfathered in. The boats that were here for Aquapalooza came in under a permit granted by the state, no go fast boats were allowed under that permit.
